Midtown International School Renovation
Pattillo Construction recently completed the Phase II of a 35,000 square foot renovation for the Midtown International School. This project involved a renovation of an old Television Production space into a new learning environment. In this phase, Pattillo oversaw the demolition of the lower level interior partitions, ceilings, and floors and build back of the space for the new High School area. All Mechanical and Electrical systems were replaced and upgraded on this floor as a part of the renovation. The biggest challenge on this project was completing everything on schedule during the school’s Summer Break. Weekend work was required in order to complete the project before the students came back for the Fall Semester.
