Armstrong Relocation Interiors
A pre-eminent global supplier of moving, relocation and logistics services, Armstrong Relocation selected Pattillo Construction to provide construction services for a 36,000 SF pre-engineered metal warehouse structure with a contract value of $2,500,000. Prior to the start of construction Pattillo Construction, in collaboration with the project team and civil engineer, led the team through the building permit process to secure and obtain the Land Disturbance Permit from Gwinnett County in timely manner.
Once the LDP and building permits were obtained onsite construction began with erosion control and grading to put in the storm drainage system in preparation for the building foundation to pour the concrete slab for the new Pre Engineered Metal building (PEMB). Followed by erection of steel columns, purlins and Girts for Roof Decking installation and completion of interior MEP work to hook-up electrical and HVAC systems. Pattillo remained diligent in working with Armstrong to achieve their goal of adding the additional warehouse to complement their existing space in Atlanta.
