Todd Roper is a respected expert in the Real Estate industry, with over 15 years of experience in Corporate Real Estate (BI-LO, Michelin, and Tire Centers) and Development (Red Rock Developments and Mohr Capital), culminating over 500 transactions across 44 states and three (3) countries. As Business Development Manager, Todd is responsible for strategically expanding the Pattillo Construction brand throughout the Carolinas and Southeast. Leveraging over 23 years of construction experience, in which Justin has been a valuable asset to the Pattillo team since 2015 primarily focusing on large-scale tilt-up design-build projects. As General Superintendent – Field Operations, Justin is responsible for the oversight management of day-to-day field operations, which includes subcontractor coordination & communication, job-site safety, management of self-performed work activities, as well as active participation in the preconstruction phase providing subcontract scope reviews and managing the project schedule to ensure objectives are met and it is delivered on-time and within budget. His extensive range of industrial spec buildings, distribution centers and warehouse facilities facilitates his ability to efficiently manage construction activities & implement cost effective solutions has made him a valuable asset in the implementation and success of our field operations. Acquiring more than 30 years of construction industry experience with a focus on industrial tilt-up construction and safety management, Rick is a proven leader whose responsibilities include managing project schedule, subcontractor coordination, field inspections, and daily interaction with the project manager and client. In addition, he leads & directs all inspections, safety planning and oversees our Corporate Safety Consultant, HB Next. Rick serves as Pattillo’s Corporate Safety Director and has an extensive background of running safe projects. He has performed and supervised all aspects of fast-paced industrial and commercial construction with a proven record of safely guiding projects seamlessly through all phases of construction starting with commencement of the project through final completion. His unique ability to solve complex problems on the job and dedicated loyalty to a successful project outcome make him an extremely valuable component of the Pattillo team. As Project Director for the Carolinas division, EC provides executive oversight for Pattillo’s second office location in Greenville, SC and he is also responsible for providing oversight to successfully deliver maximum value and quality on each project in that area. His management responsibilities encompass all aspects of contract administration, developing and implementing safety and security programs; scheduling and cost control systems; controlling and minimizing non-reimbursable costs; developing and maintaining a harmonious relationship with the client’s local community; and conducting business in a professional and ethical manner. EC’s achievements include a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management with a minor in Business Management from Georgia Southern University and he is a member of the Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC) Georgia & Carolinas Chapters. Encompassing over 35 years of construction industry experience, Kris plays an essential role cohesively providing leadership oversight for interiors and special projects. As Project Director, Kris is responsible for focusing on project management and pre-construction estimating with an expertise on ground-up, interior renovation, interior build-out and special project primarily for industrial, commercial, and retail markets. He has the unique ability to add great value in both disciplines. Kris is adept at value-engineering and running fast track programs on several projects at a time. In addition, Kris’s background in accounting leverages his ability to assist with auditing financial reports and cost analysis providing clients with a unique expertise in project cost and quality control management.

David holds over 31 years of experience in construction management and estimating with a focus on design-build projects. As Director of Preconstruction, David is responsible for developing conceptual estimates and managing them through the Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) and construction document estimating stages. He is also involved with the buyout of materials by coordinating with the operations personnel and subcontractors/suppliers. By utilizing his unique ability to effectively collaborate and communicate between both the owner and the project team David is an expert on implementing value-engineering efforts to ensure the most cost effective solution is achieved.
