Bree Pattillo continues to grow the family legacy as fourth generation owner of Pattillo Construction Corporation through her passion for the construction industry and innate leadership abilities upheld by each family leader before her. Holding over 20 years of construction experience and an MBA from Citadel University, Bree provides exceptional oversight and leadership management for a team of experts utilizing her unique collaborative management style and uncompromising value system to only employ professionals of the highest integrity and character within the industry. Bree’s construction knowledge and skill-set encompassed with her extensive experience give her the ability to support the company’s backbone, an enthusiastic, fully engaged staff. Under her guidance the company has received diversity designation as a certified Women-Owned Business Enterprise (WBENC) and continues to grow and innovate the Pattillo Construction tradition for many years to come. Bree’s achievements also include a USGBC LEED AP BD+C certification, a General Contractor’s license in 6 states, alumni of Leadership Georgia, a member of the Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC) Georgia Chapter and a supporter for numerous educational non-profit organizations in the United States and Costa Rica.
Chief Operations Officer
A seasoned construction professional with over 40 years of industry experience, Frank has developed unique insight & knowledge with a primary focus on the commercial & industrial sectors serving in a wide range of roles from superintendent to purchasing agent to business development. Frank joined the Pattillo family in 2015 and provides invaluable interpersonal communication skills and collaborative leadership abilities that are an essential part of maintaining operations in order to successfully deliver quality projects on-time and within budget. A born problem solver and asset for all, he is dedicated and committed to the success of each project initiative overcoming any challenges that should arise. Frank is recognized for his keen ability to plan and execute projects maintaining exceptional client communications. He is a dedicated and committed to the success of each project initiative and all team members. Frank’s achievements include a USGBC LEED AP BD+C certification, a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management with minors in Engineering & Applied Sciences from University of Cincinnati and he is a member of the Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC) Georgia Chapter.
Chief Financial Officer
Marc holds over 18 years of financial experience within the construction industry in a diverse range of disciplines including industrial, commercial and residential. A key member of the Leadership Team, Marc provides executive oversight for all of the company’s financials, as well as overall management of Human Resources, Information Technology, Risk Management, and Surety operations. His extensive, varied experience combined with his unique insight facilitate his ability to foster a collaborative team environment and seamlessly deliver excellence on all responsibilities. Marc’s achievements include a Public Accountant certification, both a Masters and Bachelor of Science in accounting with a major in audit and a concentration in information systems from the University of Florida and he is a member of the Construction Financial Management Association (CFMA) and the Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC) Georgia chapter.
Vice President, Business Development
Supported by 25 years of industry experience and 20 years of employment with the Pattillo family, John Drake is a seasoned professional who is responsible for management of all company business development and sales activities with a primary focus on the Industrial division. His role consists of efforts focused on establishing, maintaining and cultivating relationships with customers, brokers, site consultants, communities and state economic development groups. John continues to successfully increase and grow our network of business utilizing his unique expertise with the development of speculative, manufacturing and distribution facilities having completed more than 50 build-to-suit projects. John’s achievements include a Real Estate License in the state of Georgia, a Bachelor of Political Economy and Philosophy degree from Wofford College and is a member of several professional organizations including the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR), the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors (ACBR), the Georgia Economic Developers Association (GEDA), and the Southeastern Economic Development Council (SEDC).
Vice President, Construction Operations
Leveraging 19 years of experience, Leon has developed the keen leadership ability to establish an innovative team environment that maximizes efficiencies in daily construction operations. Leon is responsible for providing leadership and direction to the project teams with involvement from preconstruction thru close-out to ensure that all contractual commitments are met on each project by coordinating development of the approach, schedule, budget and quality assurance plans. Utilizing his experience in managing dynamic teams consisting of owners, developers, architects, subcontractors, field personnel, vendors and project team members on a wide range of renovation and new construction projects. In which, Leon is able to ensure success by collaboratively working as a team to achieve the end goal of safely delivering quality and exceeding customer expectations delivering all project goals and requirements. Leon’s achievements include a USGBC LEED AP BD+C certification, a BS in Construction Management from Southern Polytechnic State University and he is also a member of the Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC) Georgia Chapter.
Business Development Manager | Interiors & Special Projects
Danny brings over 37 years of construction management experience, as well as over 27 years of employment with the Pattillo family and gained extensive knowledge of the industry by being successful in a variety of roles such as Project Manager, Property Manager, Safety Director and Director of Construction Operations. His diverse background has facilitated his ability to become an expert in providing management and coordination of interiors, renovations/expansions, industrial, corporate, and commercial projects of all sizes building strong relationships with both clients and subcontractors. Danny’s achievements include a Bachelor’s in Finance from the University of Georgia and is a member of the Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC) Georgia Chapter.
Director, Preconstruction
David holds over 31 years of experience in construction management and estimating, as well as experience in construction management for design-build projects. He is responsible for developing conceptual estimates and managing them through the Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) and construction document estimating stages. David is also involved with the buyout of materials coordinating with the operations personnel and subcontractors/suppliers. Utilizing his unique ability to effectively collaborate and communicate between both the owner and the project team to implement value-engineering efforts to ensure the most cost effective solution is achieved. David’s achievements include a USGBC LEED AP BD+C certification, a Bachelor’s in Building Construction Technology from Georgia Southern University and he is a member of the Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC) Georgia Chapter.
Business Development Manager | Carolina’s Division
Holding 21 years of construction industry experience, Mac is responsible for business development efforts in the Carolinas with a focus on building the Pattillo Construction brand to expand our presence within strategic industrial, manufacturing and commercial market sectors. A native of the Carolinas, his knowledge & resources of the region cohesively work to strengthen his existing client relationships, as well as leverage his ability to successfully network and develop new relationships with Developers, Owners, Architects, and Engineers. Mac’s achievements include a Bachelor’s degree from Francis Marion University, he is a member of the South Carolina Economic Development Organization, and the Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC) Georgia Chapter. Mac is also active in community charitable groups including Make a Wish, Hope Foundation and the American Cancer Society.
Project Director
With more than 23 years of experience in the construction industry, Jeremy has effectively worked on an array of projects in collaboration with all team members, including architects, engineers, developers, inspectors, city officials and owners. As project director, he is ultimately responsible for the success of the project. His management experience encompasses all aspects of contract administration, developing and implementing safety and security programs; scheduling and cost control systems; controlling and minimizing non-reimbursable costs; developing and maintaining a harmonious relationship with the client’s local community; and conducting business in a professional and ethical manner. Jeremy’s achievements include a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management and Technology from Pittsburg State University and he is a member of the Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC) Georgia Chapter.
Project Director
A seasoned construction expert with over 35 years of industry experience, Kris plays an essential role as Project Director in which he is able to cohesively provide leadership management oversight and successfully deliver projects for the Special Projects and Interior division on-time and within budget. Kris is responsible for focusing on project management and pre-construction estimating. He has the unique ability to add great value in both disciplines. He is adept at running fast track programs and multitasking several projects at a time, his cost and quality control management is keen and his accounting background assists in auditing financial reports and cost analysis. Repeat business is a staple of his career with repeat customer projects for clients such as— CB Ellis, Trammell Crow, Cousins, Catholic Construction Services, Turner Properties, Wells Fargo and several different restaurants, retail businesses and hotels. His diverse background includes, ground up, interior renovation and special projects. Kris’s achievements include a Bachelor’s degree from Hiram College in Business with a concentration in Management & Accounting and he is also a member of the Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC) Georgia Chapter.
